Soaktopia is a directory. We don't run, own or manage any of the hot springs we list, and we don't take bookings or payments.
Listings can be wrong or out of date
We check facts against official sources and note when we last did, but hours, prices, access and conditions change. Always confirm with the hot spring or the managing agency before you travel. Roads, trails and land can close without notice.
Soaking is at your own risk
Hot springs can cause burns, dizziness and fainting, and are not suitable for everyone. Natural springs have untreated water, which can carry germs, including a rare brain infection from Naegleria. Backcountry springs also involve hiking, weather, wildlife and rough roads.
You are responsible for your own safety and for following posted rules and land-use laws. By using the site, you accept that you soak and travel at your own risk.
