Soaktopia has no accounts, comment boxes or sign-up forms, so we don't ask you for personal information. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used.
What we collect
We don't collect your name, email address or anything else you would type in. The only information we get comes from the tools below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
These cookies are off until you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
You can also block this by turning off cookies in your browser, using a content blocker, or installing Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Maps
Our maps use OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser asks OpenStreetMap's servers for the map tiles, so they can see your IP address and browser details. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy for how they handle that.
Your theme choice
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves that choice on your own device so the site remembers it. We never receive it.
Other websites
Listings link to hot springs websites, land agencies and other sites. We don't control them or their privacy practices.
Children
Soaktopia is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The last updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
